Here I am listing a simple and quick recipe of Ragi dosa which can be made under 5 mins.
- Take handful of ragi flour.
- Add water, salt, onions (optional), green chillies (optional), coriander leaves to it to obtain thin batter.
- Heat the non stick pan and put little ghee on it.
- Spread batter from inside out or hold tava in hand and slightly move to left n rightto let it spread on own.
- Apply ghee on sides and let it cook for 2 mins.
- Invert and do same for back side.
- Switch off the gas.
Dosa is ready for ur loved baby.
